05/02/23 | TEXT ORDER: On 2/28/2023, the petitioner, Velocity Outdoor Inc., commenced this action seeking to quash a subpoena issued by MCP IP, LLC, in MCP IP, LLC v. Ravin Crossbows, LLC, Case No. 3:22-cv-4 (W.D. Wisc.). This Court then referred the case to United States Magistrate Judge Michael J. Roemer for all proceedings under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A), Docket Item 2, and on 4/12/2023, Judge Roemer granted Velocity Outdoor's motion to quash, Docket Items 18-19. The parties have not appealed that decision or otherwise asked this Court to review it, and the time to do so has expired. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1); Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a). Because Judge Roemer has resolved the only relief that the petitioner sought in this case, the Clerk of the Court shall close the case. SO ORDERED. Issued by Hon. Lawrence J.
