The 834 Patent and the 413 Patent are valid and enforceable. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Judgement on the infringement of the 834 Patent and 413 Patent is entered in favor of Plaintiff against Defendants. Defendants infringed the 834 Patent by making, using, selling and offering to sell the Quasar, Gas Giant and Payload/Nebula.
