ORDER. The Court resolved the parties' disputes pertaining to requests to admit and other discovery issues as discussed on the 6/28/2022 record. As also discussed on the 6/28/2022 record, the Court reset the pretrial schedule as follows. On or before 11/30/2022, the parties will complete fact discovery. On or before 10/31/2022, the parties will serve initial expert disclosures. On or before 1/6/2023, the parties will serve expert reports. On or before 2/10/2023, the parties will serve rebuttal expert reports. On or before 3/10/2023, the parties will complete all discovery, including expert depositions, and by that same date file a joint letter certifying its close. This will be the parties' final discovery schedule and they should not expect further extension barring exceptional circumstances. On or before 4/7/2023, any party seeking to commence dispositive motion practice must do so in accordance with the District Judge's Individual Rules. ORDER. A Telephone Conference is set for 12/13/2022 at 11:00 AM before Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon. The parties are to call 877-336-1829 and type in the access code 3581283 for the AT&T conference bridge. On or before 12/6/2022, the parties will file a joint status letter of up to three pages regarding their progress and identifying any discovery disputes. The parties will continue to explore settlement possibilities. If at any time they mutually agree that mediation would likely be helpful, they will file with the Magistrate Judge a joint request requesting a referral to Court-annexed mediation.
