The court sets aside the jury's damages award of $34.6 Million, and grants an order of remittitur in the sum of $3,843,986. If GeigTech does not agree to accept the remittitur within fourteen business days from the date this decision issues, we will schedule a damages trial for this fall. 5.GeigTech's motion for enhanced damages is dismissed without prejudice to renewal after damages are set either by acceptance of the remittitur or at a new trial.
