Defendant's Motion for Relief from Judgment and Ongoing Royalty Order and Request for Indicative Ruling, (Doc. [611] ), is DENIED as to the request for relief from the judgment of infringement, damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, and royalties accrued prior to Reynolds' acquisition of the sublicense.
