ORDER to show cause as to Kenneth Bauldree. The Complaint in this action was filed on September 4, 2024. (Doc. [1]). To date, Plaintiff Kenneth Bauldree ("Plaintiff") has yet to effect proper service on the Defendants within the ninety (90) days allowed by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m). Accordingly, on December 16, 2024, the Court entered an Order directing Plaintiff to show cause as to service on Defendants. (Doc. [12] (the "Order")). Plaintiff timely responded to the Order. (Doc. [13] (the "Response")). However, Plaintiff's Response fails to address service on Defendants. Therefore, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order as to why the Complaint against the Defendants should not be dismissed for failure to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m).
