DE )	ORAL ORDER: Having reviewed the parties' joint status report, D.I. 462, this action is hereby STAYED pending the outcome of the appeal of CAO Lighting Inc. v Feit Electric Co., Inc., Case No. 2:20-cv-04926-AB-AP (C.D. Cal.), and IPR2022-00847. The parties have agreed to stay entry of the decision and final judgment on the jury verdict. The Court also stays any decision on inequitable conduct and/or equitable estoppel tried during the consolidated bench trial. The Court finds that a stay of the entry of decision and final judgment on the jury verdict and stay of any decision on the issues of inequitable conduct and/or equitable estoppel tried during the consolidated bench trial is likely to preserve judicial resources and minimize the risk of inconsistent or unnecessary rulings. The parties shall file a joint status report no later than thirty (30) days after the issuance of the final order in the appeal of CAO Lighting Inc. v Feit Electric Co., Inc., Case No. 2:20-cv-04926-AB-AP (C.D. Cal.), and IPR2022-00847. The joint status report should describe the status of the case, any issues remaining, if any, and the parties' proposal on how to proceed forward.
