Sleet, Retired Chief Judge of the District Court for the District of Delaware, as a settlement master under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 53 until further Order with full authority to promptly speak to the parties jointly and separately ex parte, require and review confidential settlement memoranda provided only to him and access to all filings (including limited sealed information) and, advise us as to the status of ongoing efforts in ex parte conversation as warranted;2.
