ORDER granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff`s Motion to Disregard (Doc. No. 58 ). The Court will grant alternative relief because the Court already considered the brief at issue. Having weighed what relief would be appropriate and fair to Plaintiff under the circumstances, the Court RULES as follows: Plaintiff shall have an additional fifteen pages of briefing to use at its discretion through the course of this litigation. When Plaintiff uses additional pages, it shall note this fact in a footnote in the brief and state the number of additional pages used. Plaintiff may but need not use all its fifteen pages in one brief. The Court expects Plaintiff to be diligent in tracking how many of these additional pages it has used. Moreover, the Court ORDERS that the parties shall use the default double spacing of Word or another word processing program and shall not use exact spacing or other technical workarounds to avoid the letter and spirit of this District`s formatting requirements and page limitations. Signed by Judge Steve C. Jones on 07/01/2022. (ddm) (Entered: 07/01/2022)
