TEXT ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion to Stay the Claim Construction Hearing (d/e [63] ). Plaintiff requests staying the claim construction hearing, currently scheduled for October 27, 2020, until a claim construction order is issued in the parallel action, Mantissa Corporation v. First Financial Corporation and First Financial Bank, N.A., Case No. 17-cv-9174, pending in the Northern District of Illinois. As stated in the motion, Defendants take no position on the motion. The Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion to Stay the Claim Construction Hearing (d/e [63] ) and STAYS the Claim Construction Hearing pending resolution of the two claim terms in the parallel action.
