PLAINTIFF SKECHERS U.S.A. INC. AND SKECHERS U.S.A., INC. II'S NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF THE COMPLAINT AGAINST HERMES OF PARIS, INC. WITH PREJUDICE: Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i), Plaintiffs Skechers U.S.A., Inc. and Skechers U.S.A., Inc. II'S NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF THE COMPLAINT AGAINST HERMES INTERNATIONAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE: Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4l(a)(l)(A)(i), Plaintiffs Skechers U.S.A., Inc. and Skechers U.S.A., Inc. II (collectively "Skechers"), by and through their attorneys, voluntarily dismiss without prejudice the design patent infringement claims of US D965,263 and US D925, 183 against Defendant Hermes International, with Skechers and Defendant Hermes International each to bear their own fees and costs. Defendant Hermes International in the above captioned action has not served any Answer to the Complaint, nor has any Motion for Summary Judgment been served or filed by any party.
