In re Nintendo Co., 544 Fed. Appx. 934, 939 (Fed. Cir. 2013). Plaintiff`s briefing addresses joinder under Rule 20, but not 299. Accordingly, on or before 7/7/2022, Plaintiff shall file a supplemental brief, not to exceed five (5) pages, double-spaced, articulating why joinder under 35 U.S.C. 299 is appropriate in this case.
