ORDER DISCHARGING ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AND DISMISSING CIVIL ACTION by Judge Andre Birotte Jr. On August 2, 2021, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause why it should not dismiss this action for lack of prosecution.
