ORAL ORDER: Whereas the Court orally granted Defendants' motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim ("motion to dismiss"), (D.I. 17), for the reasons stated on the record at the hearing on December 20, 2022, (D.I. 77 at 152-73), and in the interval stayed the case pending the resolution of certain IPR proceedings, (D.I. 88). Whereas, pursuant to the parties' April 1, 2024 joint letter, the parties agree that the stay should be lifted in light of the outcome of the IPR proceedings and that the Court should make its prior ruling on the motion to dismiss final and binding upon the parties. (D.I. 93) NOW THEREFORE, the STAY is LIFTED, and the case shall be CLOSED pursuant to the Court's prior oral ruling GRANTING Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. Ordered by Judge Christopher J.
