NOTICE from the Court. The Court having reviewed the Plaintiffs' response to the Court's Order directing the filing of certain documents/supplemental information, provides Notice that at the hearing in this matter set for July 26, 2023, the Court will inquire of counsel for the Plaintiff on each of the following topics: (1) the reason that portions of the propounded Requests for Admission were filed as directed but in a redacted format without leave of Court as to redaction; (2) to what Plaintiffs are referring when they state "Plaintiffs acknowledge the Court's note concerning the damages and lost profits figures for each of the allegedly infringing products", which appears to be non-responsive to the inquiry in the Court's prior Order; (3) whether, and if so how, the Court should consider the analysis and principles set out in Electrical Workers Local 369 Benefit Fund v.
