ORAL ORDER: The Court has not yet had the ability to assess the merits of Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Amend the Scheduling Order (the "Motion"), in which Plaintiff requests that the Court reopen expert discovery and adjourn the October 7, 2024 trial date and associated deadlines.
