ORDER: Plaintiff Motion Pro, Inc. shall file supplemental evidence related to requested attorney fees. The Court notes that the Affidavit filed with 31 Plaintiff's Renewed Motion for Attorney Fees does not provide sufficient information for the Court to evaluate the reasonableness of counsel's rates. See Ramos v. Lamm, 713 F.2d 546, 555-56 (10th Cir. 1983), overruled on other grounds by Pennsylvania v. Del. Valley Citizens' Council for Clean Air, 483 U.S. 711, 725 (1987). For example, there is no evidence related to lead counsel's level of experience or any information regarding the identities, positions, and levels of experience of the other three individuals who appear in the provided accounting. Shaw v. AAA Engineering & Drafting, Inc., 213 F.3d 538, 542 (10th Cir. 2000) (citing Ramos, 713 F.2d at 55354). Supplemental evidence regarding these and any other facts necessary to determine the reasonableness of Plaintiff's requested attorney fees is due on or before 6/9/2023. SO ORDERED by Senior Judge Christine M. Arguello on 5/26/2023. Text Only Entry (cmasec) (Entered: 05/26/2023)
