OH )	Memorandum Opinion and Order: For the reasons set forth in this Order, Plaintiff's Renewed Motion for Entry of Default Judgment against Defendants Shenzhen Aojie Technology Co., Ltd and Shenzhen Shi Shenai Dianzishangwu Youxian Gongsi (Doc. Nos, 58, 59 ) is denied. In addition, the Court sua sponte finds that Plaintiff would not be entitled to default judgment against Defendant Zhejiang Qingyou Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. for all the reasons set forth herein. In light of the above, and the fact that claims 1-10 and 12-23 of the '015 Patent are unpatentable, the Court finds that there are currently no viable claims for patent infringement in the Amended Complaint with respect to any of the named Defendants. Accordingly, the Court hereby orders that Plaintiff's Amended Complaint be dismissed without prejudice and that this action be terminated. Lastly, Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to serve a copy of this Memorandum Opinion & Order, and the contemporaneously filed Judgment Entry, on Defendants via the alternative means approved by this Court in its Orders dated January 27, 2021 (Doc.
