ENDORSEMENT: The agreed-upon proposed schedule relating to the motion to stay and the motion to dismiss is adopted. The Rule 26(f) meet-and-confer shall take place two weeks after my ruling on the motion to dismiss, and the Rule 26(f) report shall be submitted two weeks after the meet-and-confer. Given the likely extent, complexity and cost of discovery in this case, it makes sense to see what claims survive, and what defenses and counterclaims are asserted, before the parties go down that road. Holding off until the issues are better defined will reduce costs and burdens to the parties and conserve judicial resources. SO ORDERED.
