05/09/24	Adventure Wagon LLC v. RB Components Inc 2:22-CV-07737 ( C.D. CA )	ORDER RE STIPULATED DISMISSAL (DKT. 52 ) by Judge John A. Kronstadt. Based on a review of the Stipulated Dismissal (the Stipulation (Dkt. 52)), sufficient good cause has been shown for the requested relief. Therefore, the Stipulation is APPROVED, as follows: Adventure Wagon's claims against RB Components are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to past infringement and subject to RB Components' compliance with the terms of the Agreement. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, RB Components counterclaim against Adventure Wagon is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to past infringement and subject to Adventure Wagons compliance with the terms of the Agreement. The parties shall bear their own fees and costs in connection with this matter. This Court shall retain jurisdiction over this matter with respect to any dispute or enforcement relating to the settlement of the action, including without limitation, the Agreement executed by the parties.
