P. 72(b)(1), the undersigned respectfully recommends that the District Judge grant in part and deny in part plaintiffs' motion to strike defendant's expert reports 357 . The parties are advised that any objection to this Report and Recommendation must be filed in writing with the Clerk of the Court within fourteen days after service of a copy of this Report and Recommendation. 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1); Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b)(2). Failure to file a timely objection will constitute a waiver of objections on appeal. See Schur v. L.A. Weight Loss Ctrs., Inc., 577 F.3d 752, 760 (7th Cir. 2009); Lorentzen v. Anderson Pest Control, 64 F.3d 327, 330 (7th Cir. 1995); Video Views, Inc. v. Studio 21, Ltd., 797 F.2d 538, 539 (7th Cir. 1986). Out of an abundance of caution, the Court files this Report and Recommendation under seal until further order of the Court. By 09/06/2024, if necessary the parties are to file with the Court a status report identifying any portion of the Report and Recommendation that should remain sealed. The parties are reminded that "[t]he party seeking to seal items has the burden of showing cause and must 'analyze in detail, document by document, the propriety of secrecy, providing reasons and legal citations.'" Nor v. Alrashid, No. 20 CV 7470, 2023 WL 2771167, at *2 (N.D. Ill. Apr. 4, 2023) (quoting E.E.O.C. v. Abbott Labs., No. 10 CV 833, 2012 WL 2884882, at *1 (E.D. Wis. July 12, 2012)). The Seventh Circuit places a high burden on parties seeking to seal parts of the judicial record, but "narrow, specific requests will be granted when based on articulated, reasonable concerns for confidentiality." KM Enters., Inc. v. Global Traffic Techs., Inc., 725 F.3d 718, 734 (7th Cir. 2013); Baxter Int'l, Inc. v. Abbott Labs., 297 F.3d 544, 548 (7th Cir. 2002).
