Screenco is entitled to damages, prejudgment interest, attorney's fees and costs, which amounts shall accrue post-judgment interest according to the maximum statutorily authorized amount. In addition, the Court permanently enjoins the Defendants, jointly and severally, along with their employees, agents, representatives, successors in interest, and all others in active concert or participation with Defendants, from making, using, selling, or offering to sell any and all replica receiving stations that are identical to, or that are substantially similar to, Plaintiff's designs as protected by United States Design Patent No. D757,889 S entitled "Septic Receiving Station With Screen" (the "'889 Patent").
