The Court finds that it is in the interests of judicial economy and the orderly litigation of this case to maintain the stay pending the appeals so that all claims may proceed together, and the Court so orders. Therefore, the stay will remain in place pending all appeals. The parties are ORDERED to file Joint Status Reports every 120 days with the face page indicating the date of the next Joint Report. The parties must file a final Joint Report within ten days after the last appeal is resolved, which should include a proposal for proceeding with this action and an appropriate Proposed Order.
