On June 30, 2023, Plaintiff filed a request to permit the substitution of attorneys which would permit the withdrawal by Jonathan Lamberson of White and Case LLP and the insertion of Jeffrey D. Parks and R. Joseph Trojan as Plaintiff's counsel. See ECF Nos. 166 and 168. In light of the above, the July 6, 2023 hearing on the motion to withdraw is taken off-calendar.
