IN )	ORDER: The Court GRANTS the parties` Agreed Motion 244 and STAYS all proceedings in this action - including the case management deadlines set forth in this Court`s Order dated 8/17/2021 182 - pending the parties` efforts to finalize a settlement. The parties are ORDERED to file a status report on or before 11/30/2021 as outlined. The stay will automatically be lifted on that date. Should settlement not be finalized, (1) Counter-plaintiff Way Interglobal Network, LLC`s ("WIN`s") deadline to respond to Counter-defendants Furrion Limited and Furrion Property Holding Limited`s ("Furrion`s") pending motion for reconsideration 240 is 12/7/2021; and (2) the parties shall propose and jointly file a revised case management plan no later than 12/14/2021. Also pending before the Court is WIN`s Motion to Extend Fact Discovery to which Furrion has expressed agreement.
