IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Jury Trial scheduled for 4/20/2020 at 9:00 a.m. is POSTPONED until 10/26/2020 at 9:00 a.m., consistent with the Amended Final Pretrial Order herein. Proposed jury instructions (joint), proposed verdict forms (joint) and proposed voir dire due by 9/25/2020 and a Final Pretrial Conference is scheduled for 10/19/2020 at 10:00 a.m. (confidential position statements due three business days before).
