08/30/22 | STIPULATED ORDER OF DISMISSAL: Days Corporation and Lippert Components Inc. and Innovative Design Solutions, Inc. having entered into a Settlement Agreement Effective as of 07/12/2022, hereby stipulate to this order dismissing all claims in this consolidated action with Days Corporations claims against Lippert Components Inc. and Innovative Design Solutions, Inc. being dismissed with prejudice, in favor of settlement, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41 and with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys fees. Lippert Components Inc. and Innovative Design Components, Inc.s claims against Days Corporation are dismissed without prejudice and the dismissal shall convert to being with prejudice on 10/18/2022. This Court acknowledges that the parties entered into a Confidential Settlement Agreement and will retain jurisdiction over this matter for the purpose of enforcing the Settlement Agreement between the parties until any and all payments required by the Settlement Agreement have been made.
