NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE: Plaintiff InnoBrilliance, LLC ("InnoBrilliance" or "Plaintiff") files this Notice of Voluntary Dismissal without Prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In furtherance of the Notice, Plaintiff shows the Court the following. On July 20, 2022, Plaintiff filed its Complaint for patent infringement against fuboTV, Inc. ("Defendant"). See Doc. No. 3. Pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, "the plaintiff may dismiss an action without a court order by filing... a notice of dismissal before theopposing party serves either an answer or a motion for summary judgment."
