ORDER GRANTING 88 Joint Motion to Vacate Default and Default Judgment Against SHOP LC, SHOPLC, and SHOPLC-US. Plaintiff AQUAPAW BRANDS and Defendants SHOP LC, SHOPLC, and SHOPLC-US have filed a 88 Joint Motion to vacate the default and default judgment entered against SHOP LC, SHOPLC, and SHOPLC-US, and to dismiss this action with prejudice only as to these three Defendants. Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b), "the court may relieve a party or its legal representation from a final judgment" for, inter alia, any "reason that justifies relief." Here, the aforementioned parties have jointly requested to vacate the default and default judgment as to only SHOP LC, SHOPLC, and SHOPLC-US. The Court finds that this joint request justifies relief and is made "within a reasonable time" as required by Rule 60(c)(1). Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the default and default judgment is VACATED only as to Defendants SHOP LC, SHOPLC, and SHOPLC-US.
